  • Quote from WarlordHU: “May continue if its good. ” I liked it, it has open ends, possible conflict and a quest of sorts

  • Quote from Wesser: “Quote from Little Joe: “Quote from Vesemirus: “New models from GW ” Oh my, undead stormcast. ” If not for some skeletal horses and catapults in the background I'd have thought it was a Necron release of sorts. Looks meh ” Well, I think it is skeleton Rhino monstrous cavalry, I actually might like those for UD. Some kind of catapult and a Greek/Egypt themed army that looks like a terracotta army. You only really see the last guy and he simply looks like a stormcast statue of s…

  • Very pretty miniatures, well done! Looks like they rank up well too.

  • Mage and High Prince libraries updated to the new format, mages are a bit short on mounted options, what do you all use?

  • Horses a bit smaller? They look to fit the bases better.

Ziplock freezer bags to store projects No more dust or lost parts, supports small space storage. Store parts from any project you work on in freezer ziplock bags, 5 or 10 liters and a bit thicker plastic. You can store many projects in a box this way, keeps your desk clean and you will never loose parts again. For more long time projects I use glass jars. While not optimal on space, they are easier to drag a project from the depths of hell.

  • Quote from Vesemirus: “New models from GW ” Oh my, undead stormcast.

  • Those innocent mice sure curse a lot in a strange foul language. I liked the mouse pointer clarification and analysis on the go. Also that while you play to win, you seem to be a very innocent and brave mouse yourself. Thank you for making content.

  • Quote from jacobkjellerup: “So I think Barbarian Chiefs on shadow chasers may actually be pretty good. Sadly I can’t find any decent models from them, and me being a horrible hobbyist I am hoping someone here might point me in a good direction. So, anyone with a good model for a barb chief on shadow chaser? /Jacob ” I think that depends on how you want the shadow chaser to look. In the miniature library the choice was: does it look fast?

Quote from Bugman: “Always, but in 10mm. And scenery. Problem is that I can buy a 10mm army cheaper then a printer.... ” How is the market for 10mm dwarven scenery? At that scale I would want an ant farm style hold. I think that 3D printing is not really about cheap. It is about opportunities and having a tool that can make things happen. I would print loads of scenery bits and bases, not miniatures to begin with. All the small stuff that in quantity is not cheap.

Quote from Bugman: “I so need a 3D resin printer..... ” You need more dwarves? Quote from kelvenmore: “Quote from Bugman: “I so need a 3D resin printer..... ” There is none on sale for $250.Look for Uncle Jesse on YouTube he has $50 coupon code that takes it down to $200 ” I think my first printer will be FDM, do such discount work internationally? Europe has a hefty price hike on tech products in general, such is life. I still want to properly learn to design digital objects first. Why not show…

  • I need to rebuild the unit base because my spacers are only 10mm, that’s 10mm on a unit 5 wide and too much. Still, first 5 bats done, next 5 cleaned and ready for putty. A bit shiny, they need anti-shine. XrlhRiz.jpg I will try to take a better image in daylight tomorrow, quite happy with how they look. And continuing my story to introduce more characters: (Hidden Content)

Stunning painting, it still does not make me like that middle miniature though. The conversion on the first is impressive and simple. Excellent basing, how did you do the hieroglyphs on the middle one?

  • Your dark green crystal with glowing effects looks very impressive.

  • That looks awesome on display.

  • Quote from Derfnik87: “34 points till i can play!!! Come on guys get your battle report/painting game/fluff writing on!!! ” On it, I too paint slow, but mostly because I use too many layers these days. Fmey7SY.jpg Will be based and done tomorrow, a background story should add a bit as well.

  • They will be awfully tall, Para Bellum's Conquest is 36-39mm with 27mm bases for infantry.

That monolith would be very interesting, straight from the artwork, makes a great ruins or building. Making it game ready is quite easy really, just needs an UV map, obj format and it is good to go. @piteglio gets them painted and ready for use. Even adding the tentacles is not that hard, you can render part of a mesh smooth. I would love to take a look at the file, I think you can learn a lot from looking at work from others. I can share some of my files if you want. I have seen the open forge …
