I'm still sticking with my strategy of Druidism Master + Lightning Vambraces: Spells: Master of Earth Entwining Roots Summer Growth Stone Skin + the 2d6 str 3 bound. Even turn 1 you'll have a reason to use all of your dice and you can usually get rid of at least one unit of chaff the bound spell is excellent for drawing out dispel dice and giving your opponent harder choices in your magic phase.

Game got canceled for today, and I’m still waiting for my latest batch of commissions to arrive, so I’ll probably wait till next Friday to bust out all the armies and take some pictures. what do you folks usually use as a backdrop? Big white sheet? Poster-board?

Here’s a suggestion: a line of pavice shields with 3D heraldry all staked into the ground to use as wall terrain or as the little walls that peasant Bowmen come with. If you made different sets with EoS heraldry, KoE Heraldry, and maybe even HBE/DE heraldry and shield shapes, I think they’d be awesome to use as battlefield walls for multiple armies.

It doesn’t, but it allows you to use peasants for what they’re for: Tar-pitting without having to have a knight nearby to babysit. If peasants could actually hold portions of the board for a couple of turns before disintegrating it would help. I don’t think peasants should have a job besides Tarpits and light shooting. Virtue of Humility: As long as this character is on the table all friendly models with insignificant have their leadership value set to 8. If this character is removed as a casualty every friendly unit with insignificant must take a panic test.

Based them before I started playing 9th age. Hate Pegasus on 40mm, the bases are waaay too small, gonna have to rebase eventually if I start using them
