  • Impressive first post! Welcome to the forum! Possibly @Eternal Flitter or @Pellegrim would be happy to comment. RPG is definitively a good way to start (as I know first hand). This is known here but we cannot whip the team to produce faster. Looking forwards to BG team to release the background compendium, after which we will be able to start talking. Warbands and small games is also a track contemplated - when the dust of 2.0 beta fall down. For both issues, we wish to benefit from talent and v…

Something like “Ambassador” and assign it to him for 2 months (unless there is already another existing tag for this) ” Candidate for UN team! I will investigate with UN-SP.

Dragons not being tamed beasts but intelligent beings present long before other races arrived, they should have their own agenda. I would expect them to avoid giving their lives for the sake of a much, much younger general belonging to an inferior race. They should not obey the general but act intelligently - and at some point, selfishly. They could for example discard CR and only stay in combat for as long as they keep half of their wounds. They could auto-rally but refuse to charge if they hav…

There is no Good and Evil races in T9A. Everyone dislikes ID because they screwed up the world in a distant past, everyone hates haughty HE, everyone dislike filthy VS, everyone is weary against EoS expansionism, DE pirates are hated... (Personal opinion).

I would love to see dragons undergoing the same treatment as giants: a single origin, but they associate with this or that faction according to circumstances and get an ad hoc adaptation. I hope that there will be such task team implemented before we get to overhaul DE.

Quote from noir: “Maybe in the full redesign! I quite like the idea in theory. Movement 9 match 13 for example? What do you guys think ” Here, we talk about raptors. They are predators, fit to charge and kill, but unfit to carry an armored knight on long distances. Cold blood creatures need to heat before they are battle ready. They should get a tremendous advantage if they charge, but only if they do. Cold blood creatures do not sweat so they overheat quickly and exhaust quickly. They should ha…

Quote from Niedfaru: “@Calisson So, the problem is not the in-world perspective, but the relative lack of internal faction perspective? I mean, living in China, I frequently hear Chinese people say thing about China that are blatantly untrue, but I can only know that from comparing their statements to what I observe, and doing so informs me a lot about similar statements British people make about Britain. Faction internal information, as unreliable as it is, is what people are really asking for,…

Disclaimer: speaking here on behalf of mundane members having access limited to what is released, not as a red-tag Advisor having access to all the inner discussions. Quote from Niedfaru: “@Pellegrim But what objective source do you have in real life for any of that information on any given demographic? ” To give a RL equivalent, if we played RL factions, among which one was Chinese, and all we knew about China was what is reported in Western media, we would be similarly frustrated. Playing as a…

Quote from Nicreap: “fire large chunks of the staff ” That's one way to solve the issue. But not what I had in mind. I'd rather do some interpretation on my own, but inerpreting in the opposite direction as nay-sayers. For that, I do like everyone: I quote data and say things which seem to make sense for someone who knows nothing about stats.

Quote from Jakob Knudsen: “I would like to help you with your question, but I'm afraid I don't understand what you are asking: "..what confidence can be obtained with 194 or more participations?" ” It is well known by general public that polls usually are made with a sample of ~1000 persons. This is the kind of knowledge that you can use. I would recommend an explanation starting with a reminder that modern polls (those made before political elections, for example) use a sample of 1000 persons, …

Convince more players to try T9A, that will repay back what you owe.
