Quote from Shlagrabak: “I'm not looking to create any reaction in particular, certainly no point in fear. I'm just giving my opinion on Bugman's question. As for the last part, replacing people isn't always automatic. In my experience or former HR team member, there are certain positions, talents or area in which it's very difficult to find a suitable or even willing candidate. Sure, you can find loads of people wishing to be ADT, BLT or RT (with varying claimed or verified qualifications), but …

  • Quote from Enekruti: “First of all, thank you for the work. But Im afraid that IMO the result is dissapointing. I think no structural changes were made and from my armies, I think that only SE will need adaptation from me. In addition, I suggest to change the communication strategy. Creating hype is something good when tje product deserves it, but when it does not, the effect is the opposite. I feel like I got this hotfix via Aliexpress . I hope by May the thing goes better ” Please do let me kn…

An auditor is pointless because an auditor can only make suggestions, they can never overrule something and other then allowing people then to bash others it’s just a time consuming waste. I would also like to point out we do care, I care, which is the reason I am still here and not throwing my toys out the pram. We must also remember that what happens on the forum is also not representative of what goes on out in the wide world. I will also argue and continue to argue to use data and use it cor…

Quote from ASuR: “@Peacemaker So here we have an iluminati. Tell us then the reason to deserve those nerfs. I will tell you a similar story, we have a 420 point cost phoenix, 20% ancient allies and 0-3 per army. Even after the hotfix this is not solved, but we dont care, its imposible to field 3 phoenix in a 4500 point game... even with "queens cavalier" honour. So, why still not changed to 0-2 ? or just delete the limitation, its just a bad designed rule. That is part of what should be fixed in…

  • Quote from N3okorrales: “Quote from AlexCat: “From the News text about the hotfix: Quote: “Despite incorrect statements that have been banded around in the community, RT and BLT poured over data submissions and other feedback and positively price adjusted more units (aka price decrease!) then negatively. ” ” Thats some serious political [no swearing - the mod team] way of saying a lie. Like who the hell had the balls to write that up? ” That was me, and it’s factually correct. Quote from AlexCat…

  • @Vitnar Thanks for the tag, looks like I am late to the party. I started playing warhammer back in the 3rd Edition, where all your army books where in one book and there where more spells then you could shake a stick at including raising up illusionary spells. 4th Brought a huge change, seperate army books and a time of great love for the game. I do miss the spells and magic from this age as well as the chaos reward cards. It’s also the only time my gaming group actively nerfed two items, staff …

  • Quote from Fnarrr: “I am not disagreeing with that. I'm not particularly pro-square bases. I'm perfectly happy with a rule-based solution to stop overruns going off at weirdo angles. I don't have one to hand, other than that perpendicular-to-charge-line-virtual-front thing I suggested earlier, which got shot down for being too nerdy its almost identical with what @Discoqing suggested with the crew, except the crew models have depth of 0 (or are lined up inside the WM circle). ” Then maybe this i…

Quote from Ratatoeskr: “Your conclusion is quite one-sided. If everyone is taking a unit AND the army does not show a significant conspicuousness then it may lead to the conclusion that there is a problem with internal balance - and not with external. One step at a time... I am really with you here - what I cannot understand regarding this is a huge nerf in functionality of mad gits in correspondance to increasing the points costs by 30 (!!!) %. (Only one example of a price increase in conjuncti…

@WAARGHammer OnG are not the “butt” end of the nerfs and in fact got double the amount of positive adjustments then they did negative adjustments. Data so far showed that EVERYONE always took a spider. If everyone is taking a unit then it shows that unit needs adjustment. Yes it may mean your taking it because you feel other things aren’t worth it, but each adjustment must be done not in huge leaps or bounds but by a step at the time. I would rather you spent frustrations working on what the RT …

@Aegon Before V2 hit the shelves we had a large and vocal debate about whether we should wait further and hopefully do less hotfix a or use what we had at the Time and use the huge input from the community to assist us better. Internal playtesting is great but the immense amount of data we get from the community is even better. HbE was heavily reviewed thanks to the great input from ACS and our internal play testing and it’s a shame that we have lost a member of staff over it. However the RT loo…

  • Quote from Fnarrr: “Guys, none of the base talk is driven by flanks, rears, what exactly is killed, or any sort of fighting prowess the machine would have. The problem is purely with the fact that you can use your free wheel before aligning, meaning you can angle your overruns to be near perpendicular to your charge path. Currently, if a warmachine is immediately removed on contact with no overrun allowed, that would probably be a buff overall to the unit type. ” what about if charging a warmach…
