  • The current rule tied is not "set" but "always" : The wielder always has at least Attack Value 4. So, it's calculated after addition, and that's why Cult priest and capitain with paired weapon don't benefit of the additionnal attack from the paried weapon (2+1 or 3+1, then check for "at least 4" the 2 will have 4 attacks finally), when it works for princes (4+1=5, "at least 4" have no effect here). A bit complicated for sure, it will be far easier with the "set" mechanism.

    Quote from Casp: “Could be something like: Move the distance of the failing charge like if you followed the shortest way of charge (only 1 wheel) to impact the opponent. ” I'd like to agree, but the problem (probably already noticed) is there is more than one way to complete a charge, so some room to interpret/cheat/argue/etc. Thing the project seems to avoid the more. So, if I also want something more intuitive, I fear the current solution is the more fitted to the desgner's vision. :-/

    Triple 1 on 3 dice casting don't cancel the spell, as there is a -1 miscast modifier that leads to 000 (nothing happens), so 100% for 3+ is correct. (but I'm sure almost nobody recall this modifiers as it's not noted in the table)

    Rule/unit/Item Relation of cults with Assassin/Oracle What is the problem? This two character have a limited access to cults. Why is it a problem? Its harder to use the cult army mechanism, and in extension, having all the troops of the cult if you want to go full cult. And it's hard to believe that some cults don't have assassin or oracle.     Not sure going too much in detail will answer my initial question. Which was something like : are our monster well design in regard of our army - not in regard of their own prowess ?     I'm not especially for wacky or niche item, it's tend to limit the selection / make feel ther is a limited selection in place of other "almost always good" options. So, a little frustatting when composing lists. And in the other hand magic item focused on counter an entire army (like Lightning Rod (VS) or Dark Rain (BH) ) seems so unfair when playing against the good army (or the wrong).
