I know of a few steampunk folks who would LOVE that thing!!
A stock and a front bar or handle would make it for a nice 19th century home defence gun.
Now that'd be a shooter worth playing!

Facepalm: Some Idiot Drives Truck Onto a NorCal Jetty to Watch Waves… Needs Airlift Out
The U.S. Coast Guard had to rescue a man from the Humboldt Bay north jetty in northern California on Thursday after he drove his truck on the jetty and became stranded by heavy surf.
The Coast Guard says it dispatched a helicopter crew and lifeboat to the scene after it was notified at approximately 11:26 a.m. Thursday that a man had driven his vehicle onto the jetty and became stuck when the surf picked up. After assessing the situation the Coast Guard determined that the only way to get the man off was by helicopter, leaving the vehicle stranded.
Luckily all ended well and the man is safe and uninjured.
The Coast Guard used the incident to remind the public to remain vigilant during changing ocean conditions and remain off coastal rocks, jetties, and outcroppings during periods of high surf.- druchii.net contribution: The 9th Age - Dread Elves

Will write up a battle report soon(-ish) about how my list went in @blonde beer s tournament in Zeist.
But first, .GIFS
Game One vs. a manly full vanguard Dwarf CC army with a very scary Dragon Seeker!
Turns out Wasteland Dragons are pretty good against Dwarfs: Solid Win, and incredible luck with Warhounds
Game Two vs. Mono Lust Daemon Horde and Co.
Waited for combo charges, but made easily avoidable mistakes and some bad rolls: Fair Draw (guess the MVP?)
Game 3 vs WotDG DrOgre/Chosen/Flail-Barbs
Game 4 vs SA Points denial, minor shooting
After turn 1 I realized the stupidity of advancing, and tried to mitigate the damage done: Minor Loss
Game 5: Teraccotta Deathstar
He sits in the corner and hopes I will throw my Lord onto it - nah, I'm tired, but not THAT tired: Minor Win
Overall it was a really fun day, and bringing a big nasty flier turned out to be a good call.
Really happy with the tournament today.

I recall one of my most common weaknesses, back when I briefly played WH40k, was my poor grasp on distances and the tendency to underestimate/forget enemy movement speed...
Didn't really help that the dice were generally not on my side. Whether it was shooting.
Or close combat.
And don't even get me started on survival.
Space Marine saves, in my hands, looked overrated...
With all this in mind. I look forward to a, no doubt, bright future with the 9th Age. I'm sure I'll do better... Probably... Maybe... I'm doomed.
