Looks like Russia is blocking us... not we Russia
Sadly, this comes from the recent attempt by Russian authorities to ban the Telegram messaging application. This attempt involves banning from Russia a large range of IP addresses, and unfortunately our new hosting service is part of those addresses.
A bit more information here:
Obviously, we have absolutely no way to influence this blocking. We do not know how long this may last, and it is possible that it will remain permanent, even though this measure has a rather low effectiveness for what the Russian authorities set it up.
The only immediate solution is indeed to use a proxy to access the website. But please, check the legality of this; I have read information that VPNs or proxy servers that do not enforce the same IP filtering might become illegal in Russia as well.
The only other solution I can think of (apart from our web host solving the issue) would be to find another hosting company that is not blocked by the "Russian firewall". Quite a few cloud providers are impacted though, including Facebook and Google servers; and the perspective of moving to another server is... not friendly towards admins sleep, let's say.T9A vacations on going.
