  • The ticketsystem was first used for the May-Update in 2018, collecting all suggestions for changes in one internal spreadsheet, thus collecting all suggestions in one place and allowing for more transparency between different rules teams.
    The system used for changes in the 2018 May-Update. Each team's suggestion for change (a ticket) is published via a spreadsheet including a small reasoning behind it to all teams involved in creating the rules. There they will be polled and accepted / declined / marked for further discussion. This helped making ideas for changes more transparent to other teams and furthermore collected them in one place.

    Bugman, head of public realtions explained: "That means that each idea can be looked at, debated, commented upon and changes tracked, making the process much more transparent for all the teams involved."1
