On initial read I like the concepts. I’d have to mock up some hypothetical situations and compare to the existing method to really see how it would play out.

Lodestone should not exist at all. And be replaced with the proper WS on the models and a proper to hit value on ranged weapons, so that point costs really can reflect the models, and not be complete hit or miss, depending what they are fighting…
