PostD&D 5e is great for playing D&D. It just doesn't seem like a good system for the number of races T9A has or the classless nature of T9A. That is why I suggested classless systems that are honestly easier to play and run. -

Like (Post)part of the 3.0 goals state: "shift focus to strategic decision-making over micro-level details". If they achieve it, then the problem might disappear anyway. Because micro-managing unit position will be less important. -
