  • I don't think such Chief will work similarily to BK. If you go for the chaser you are stuck with 2+ rerollable or 1+ without reroll at best and you have no offensive capabilities (no Hero Heart unlike BK). Also you have no banner (BSB). Res4 instead of Res5 plus just 3HP compared to BK is also a huge drawback. I'm not even mentioning the fact that Chief can't be healed in any way...   • Yeah, that's my point exactly. There still are some very strong units in current DL like Hounds or Gremlins that might require further nerfs but the main issue is that the internal balance is in a very wrong spot...

  • My main observations regarding current DL: - shooting options are a bit too weak, - units are really expensive but poorly protected (mediocre Resilience and just 5++ most of the time) especially against multiple low quality attacks, - some entries are blatantly overpriced for their role/stats (ie Glory, Flies), - armour save and cowboys in particular are a hard counter to most builds due to general lack of AP, - I absoultely hate those +2 veil tokens for my opponent, it usually makes his opponen…

  • I'd rather have the option to buy Protean Magic upgrade than Fly. My main gripe is his unispiring statline though.

  • I'm stuggling to find some background supporting Protean Magic and Fly option on Deceiver, am I missing something? Is there any room for making the model stats more interesting or unique? Right now he feels just like a Harbringer+...

  • What are your opinions on the Deceiver? Personally I find his stats and combat potential quite disappointing and being forced to take Protean Magic really limits his utility. I don't really see any use for his Fly option either. Best thing about him is the small base size and ability to hide wizard master in units.

  • I don't like the fact that regular Barbarians are Disc7 while Flayers and Horsemen are Disc8. Are the latter supposed to be more elite?
