  • Fluff didn't matter. I wrote a short story about a man finding "His" bastard sword at the edge of a stream and knowing he was being called to find the Grail. I even insinuated that the Grail only could be drunk by someone in mortal parill and the purpose of the sword was to fall on it to receive the Grail.

  • Similar feedback is what lead to the current weapon. Which was a marvel of team work.

  • There is over sight for that. And, we as designers are also going to end up designing those factions too. We definitely shelve ideas for use in other factions.

  • Oh great pay an extra 150 points for a Duke so he can ignore Divine Attacks and not be limited in what Special Items and Virtues he takes. Because a 1+/4++ Duke with Renown, Blessed Inscriptions, Uther's Resolve, and Black Tabard is going to be a really healthy build for the game when it is ignoring Divine Attacks. The other player deserves a chance to have fun too.

  • It is good that the world is not full of cartoon evil. Evil factions can commit good acts, and can contribute to the world's betterment. In fact they cannot help but have their actions ultimately result in good things.

  • Give unto Ceaser what is Ceaser's. No, taxation is not necessarily evil but can be turned to evil means, which is the end result of taxation in a fallen world. Ideally taxes go towards maintaining the public trust. But, taxes are evil once they are spent on weapons, government spying, controlling the populace, redistributing wealth, etc. The tiger is not commiting an evil act because the tiger is unaware their is a difference between good and evil. However, the tiger is a fallen creature just as…

  • We are not amused. Nerfs for everything.

  • Ignoring Divine Attacks for characters is super expensive, and the cause for why a Hippo cannot have Faith of Percival shield. Be prepared to spend a few hundred on characters and mounts.

  • Well done SirMC2015.

  • Seems to me like the boulder hit would do damage in a more narrow field. Area 2×5, Str 4(7), AP 0(2),(Multiple Wounds (D3)).

  • Was saving this for OnG but too bad When engaged in close combat, Models with this rule set their Discipline value to the number of models in the Unit Facing they are engaged in. If the model's unit is engaged in two or more Unit Facings, the model's Discipline is set to the number of models in the Facing that has the least models. If the model has a Discipline of 8 or more it gains Fearless. Enjoy your Discipline 10 army.

  • I morphed that idea in to Quests.

We need to have more options to make the unit MORE like a hero. This helps us keep the uniqueness and flavor of the army. ” There are numerous pages in this thread about this. Essentually it boils down to while Lance Formation allows us to form ranks with 3 knights this is not possible. So what would you give up in order to get more deadly knights? ” It wouldn't …

  • This was meant to be a question of what 5 things are core to the army and has turned into what 5 things do you want for improving the army.

Feedback: Blessings look strong, and I believe that these are the true Hereditary Spells of EoS. Comparing the Change from Hatred to Battle Focus will come when I see units with this rule. In the past Hatred was probably a buff because Frenzy is expected to come with Battle Focus. So possible nerf here. Orders appears like a huge increase from the current form. I think this is a good place to focus your armies strength though as it is the most unique part of EoS. I think since you have increased…

  • +1 to-wound is most always over powered on shooting what ever the situation. Would you want to be in a mirror match and loose your Hippo Duke to a unit of Bowmen, it would happen.

  • That forked head looks intended for target practice on bales of hay.
