  • I know I’ve seen the posts/blogs, but like you, I’ve searched and have come up empty. I’ve played with and against his HATE models and they are awesome looking in person.

  • Quote from Tyranno: “Quote from Blonde Beer: “Ill see if I can work around that for the next update. ” I don't think Cultists get them either. As they cannot summon Gigantic Daemons. ” It is interesting and @Blonde Beer should look into this as well. The background and rules for the DL giant fits much better with the Cultist book. It doesn’t have “beast” or “supernal” to really fit with the main book, but some blurbs in the background or rules could make it immersive to fit either/both books.

  • @tunasandwichify. Hey Jerm! Post your thread on your HATE models please.

  • Quote from Firthunands91: “What about the DH giant not being gigantic, just Large? ” Well...it IS a “Dwarf” giant.

  • I think the real joke is Iron Husk costing 90 points on the Cultist Giant and Grasping Proboscis is a whopping 40!

I think we should merge Brawlers and Mountain Mayhem together this year.

  • Quote from Alkasar: “Quote from skipschnit: “Hey @Alkasar. Thanks for your feedback and opinions. The reference to USSR is one (maybe more) person’s take on a faction. It’s a very common thing to do as many armies can be associated with many different nationalities. It’s a personal touch thing and is beyond the goals of T9A. Who gave us permission to base VS loosely on a period of time during the Roman Empire? We (T9A project) did. The ExB and Background teams did. Your stated opinion shows that…

  • Quote from Ghiznuk: “@Alkasar, have you read this article ? creatorconsortium.com/2019/07/…-of-story-a-world-of-war/ It's written by a third-party, a professional blogger who's an ex-Warhammer player, just discovered the Ninth Age and decided to talk about it. He's talking about the background before even having tested the game and rules. It could interest you ” This couldn’t have been a podcast or something?!? Had to be reading material. Hahaha. Pretty cool tho.

hey @Kronos! Check out the USA section of the forum for the events. Hopefully, when this COVID thing dies down, the tourney scene will get back in swing. There are several big ones coming up in both the Mid Atlantic and Mid West regions. Check out Buckeye for sure.

WTF?!? Et tu, Brute?!? Haha Nice looking list(s).

  • It’s being worked on. My guess is sometime in the next couple of weeks, but there isn’t a deadline that I know of.

  • The Broodmother price will drop when the next pricing update occurs. Gold froze the designs, but the pricing will change as needed at the appropriate times.

Very nice. Third OK army reminds me of a “Pirates of the Carribean” theme. Well done and thanks.

  • Haha. So many twists!

  • Quote from skipschnit: “Its just my theory that the "Old Woman" found on the floor bloody is possessed by minion of Nukuja. As for page 9 in the poem, "she watches... her black eyes know eternity...." This references the foresight or voyeurism regarding the Patrician. Also, on page 12, it discusses ways of daemons entering and leaving, one of which is possession. It connects to the background references of "eyes" and reverting to "human eyes". I get the feeling like Leonora was like a character …

  • page 19 "..."and for the briefest of flashes, I saw the machinations of a malevolent mind begin to focus upon me." Like the Eye of Sauron...I wonder if this was Father Chaos taking a notice?

  • For a long time I've wondered the same. It seemed to flow along a timeline or story line, but I could never really nail it down. There's parts that discuss conjuring/summoning, possession, etc. In this example, I couldn't tell if it was a possession in which there is internal conflict between the daemon and the human host, especially towards the human character/narrator. Pretty hard to get mechanics right when I was chasing theories. LOL..
