  • @CariadocThorne can I be of any assistance? @Peacemaker & @Casp the concept of "mist walking" was first introduced with the 1st ed. SE FAB, there is even a piece on a special village from where most practitioners of the art in Wyscan come from. Usage of mists, fogs and evaporations is definitely all three elven cultures use, but each for a different purpose and to a different extent. @DanT based on how the SE society has been constructed in T9A I do not think they would ever willingly engage the…

If such a procedure becomes a reality the authors of the Homebrew should be acutely aware their works are bound to be significantly altered by the BGT in order to fit the T9A setting the Project has been developing for almost 5 years now. It should also be noted that more detailed the work is the higher the chance it will require extensive overhauls.

  • Quote from Ludaman: “Wouldn’t it make sense though to actually add plate armor to most armies as we move further along with the LABs? ” Not really because Plate Armour is merely one of the ways to give armies which have been decided to be better armoured than average another point of protection without the need to create AB specific pieces of equipment.

  • Just so that we are clear there is no requirement from background perspective for EoS to keep widespread Plate Armour once their rework rolls.

  • Quote from Emperor_Zoron: “Can you tell us something about Volund or Ullor, please? ” Please define "something".

  • Guys T9A Plate Armour =/= plate armour in the same way T9A Strength =/= strength. Plate armour is merely a name for a category of armour that gives Armour 3 and nothing else. How exactly is not the matter. Could we have used a different naming system for armour categories? Yes we could have. Why didn't we? Because of name familiarity. We sure could have had light, medium and heavy as names as opposed to light, heavy and plate.

  • @Casp the AB do not mean to represent any other roughly medieval realm but one that belongs to the same cultural coine as Equitaine.

Quote from Boomvalk: “How did Corona alter the timeline? ” Quite a bit. We have a fair few of our staff involved in dealing with the situation due to their professions or current employment. On top of that others at home with their families and thus have less time for hobbies.

  • Yeah.

  • Quote from Ludaman: “1. Are Equitainian knights still wearing mail armor while the rest of the human race on the same continent has moved on to plate armor? ” EoS knights are an exception rather than a norm for Vetia.

Quote from Chronocide: “But if you want to, lots of youtube videos where the "science types" mock people openly for believing in a flat earth. And then they wonder why there's this social divide... ” I agree with you that is a completely wrong approach. You are completely missing the point of my objection towards these opinion pieces Quote from Chronocide: “1) You want to convince someone that they need to watch your news source because their source is "fake news." ” No. I have no such inclinations. @Chronocide I am aware what Fox is but I doubt to what extent the majority of their viewership is. As for doubting experts there is a difference between "What I tell you has a certain probability of correctness" and what certain media is trying to push "Don't believe experts believe your eyes". In a climate where majority of people aren't equipped to properly analyse the information that is served to them it is dangerous. Hell I consider myself well equipped and educated but it took me weeks of …
