  • Para Bellum is special and would not use simple 30mm bases, they come in 27/55/100, so 27mm. With some color on the breastplate, the second one looks like a great pick.

  • 75mm miniatures, great KoE giants.

  • Quote from Arturiki: “That's a much more clear comment with much clearer ideas, thanks. To be honest, such a level of automatisation is painfully difficult to achieve, but it would be cool. I have no knowledge on how to program these things, I don't know how @piteglio does it. The only thing that would be concerning is not leaving the option to use your standards or special items because the automatisation does not make a pause or give you a chance to do that. However that it shouldn't be a conc…

  • For me TTS is a crutch to get to augmented reality. As much the same as the real game is what I want. That needs tools as well. Of course TTS should also be a field of experimentation, some things like dicing can be digitally enhanced and sped up without loosing the feeling of a "real" game. A T9A dice tower, easy to use, can do all dicing and speed it up, this does need a bit of coding to make it easy to use. Other tools should come in simple (arc of sight, L-corners, laser) and enhanced (all o…

  • Steamforged Games, for future library work. Videos are often a good way to get a sense of scale: youtube.com/watch?v=EQF68olj6yw I would say not so heroic 32/34mm scale. Does not matter much on undead, but board game plastic and premium priced. Nice find though, July release, so available soon.

I think Gnolls are a D&D concept with the only link to Africa being that they slightly resemble a Hyena. Gary Hunt Miniatures has some interesting models as well from their Beestwars range. Quote from JimMorr: “but the scale... Signum models are coming close to being 'dolls for boys' ” Most of their designs are for board games, not wargaming.

  • Lead Adventure has a lot, but their shop is under maintenance for a while now. The other "empire-ish" project out there is White Knight's Miniature Imperium. You also will find a great collection in that style at Warmonger Miniatures.

SignumGames has a new Gnoll: afr-gnoll-1.jpg afr-gnoll-2.jpg Nice artwork too: afr-gnoll-art.jpg EDIT: about Minotaur sized, shown on a 50mm base.

  • The thumb nail thing happens if you fix an image link and they are no longer used. We are all happy with the work you do.

  • Done, the knight commander also has a Marshal library link and if you get those thumbnails at the bottom of a library such as the Marshal, then please remove them. We should only use links, nothing local. To remove thumbnails: edit, at the bottom second tab for thumbnails and delete them, no need to save or bother mods, they will be gone. EDIT: Old libraries can be re-used by simply renaming them.

  • The future LAB team will more appreciate concepts than rules. Tell them what you want goblins to do, use words, not rules or specific items. What do goblins add to an army in your vision? Make it a nice story. I want Goblins to be many, strong as a group with many different tribes for flavour and unique roles. Tribes should not mix well unless a leader is near to give them purpose. Make them hard to control, eager to fight and fast to flee better than anyone else. And above all goblins should be…

  • Quote from ferny: “Slaves I still find to be an issue because they don't really fit with the fluff narrative I've given myself, and insofar as they could there's really zero reason why they should be on larger bases than the dwarfs. I'm almost tempted to go down a completly different route and take it as magical support buffs for the shooting rather than slaves, and have a big anvil model as a unit filler and put brimstone horrors or similar on rediculously large bases around the edge of the anv…
