  • Quote from Baldin: “Quote from Arturiki: “What is the difference between being more primitive and being young i.e. more inexperience and chaotic? ” you can be very experienced and slold and still primitive. ” Which is actually what happens. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ @WhammeWhamme @Nemeroth please avoid answering to deliberate attacks. That would only burn you out, and we need people. @Kadorna, if yo…

  • Quote from echoCTRL: “Quote from VisconteDimezzato: “I have a question for gobbo-lovers. Would you prefer to have preset races/cultures, like now, or a bag of tricks, mixing them to create your own race/culture? ” Do you mean instead of having Forest Goblins get Poison Attacks. And Cave Goblins can buy Gnashers; there is only the single Goblin Race, and any unit can buy Poison Attacks, +1 Leader Ship, Mushrooms, Mad Gits etc? I play KoE main, and Speed Freaks in 40K. So I'll refrain from answeri…

  • I would use Vanilla Space marines codexes as an example. On one hand you have "chapter traits" for preset chapters, on the other you have standard traits and you can select two of them to create your own chapter. Translated with the actual gobbo rules, do you prefer to have the preset common/cave/forest or the option to select characters that open up specific equipment/traits to create your own race/culture/tribe. For example, I have some minis from knightmare miniatures of feral with wolf skins…

  • Quote from Shlagrabak: “(Hidden Content) ” ...ah, that's my bsb after a pyromancy spell.

  • Quote from Arturiki: “Wait, you guys have girlfriends? ” 471jeh.jpg

  • I would say born to cheat.

  • Quote from Arturiki: “The thing is (if you read the introduction to the warborn), they are not born to fight. They are malicious, ingenious, but not born to fight. Although it sounds ironic to be called a warborn but not be born to fight. Maybe I misinterpreted it. ” Born to fight represent a physical approach to combat. It doesn't really suit the goblin approach to battle, which is based on different means, such as cunning.

  • Quote from Arturiki: “That sounds better than darmu to me. ” the Darrmus and the WDs are different figures. They can overlap sometimes, but they are not the same thing/function. Quote from Arturiki: “Quote from Ghiznuk: “Also, knowing, that the rules should be based on the fluff, and reading the hilarious available fluff (especially the whole Zagjan thing), it's obvious that there will be a lot of humour and crazy stuff. ” Is all the background compiled in the website? So I can avoid going throu…

  • Quote from Ghiznuk: “Quote from Mercenary Armies: “In bg T9A archeology is considered very important ” I believe this points to the Empire of Sonnstahl being very different in culture and organization to the WH Empire of Sigmar. We might get more and more surprised as we start learning more about it. I don't why, but I have the feeling that it might turn out to be a weird mix of fantasy and Victorian steampunk, much like Ankh-Morpork. ” We don't really need to go that far Greaves_Pyramidographia_…

  • This is probably not the best place to discuss such an issue. My point is that we're still looking at things through a cognitive bias: we still want to maintain previous (GW) structures (armybooks), but there are other ways (for example, the way Corvus Belli handle Infinity rulebooks vs bg books).

  • Quote from Crafty: “Quote from saint_barbara: “Though I still think semi slim like Makhar would work even better, but that's also a very desirable direction, meaning some of the ExB could be persuaded. @Crafty ” @saint_barbara Totally mate - I think this would be a good time to revisit that discussion and see where people are at ” Please tag me too.

  • Hardcore nerding. 40cpqj.jpg

  • Sad, but true story (my former wife charged me of cheating while going to the club to play T9A). What is not true: I'm bald. 40cp3d.jpg

  • interesting, I had a similar idea and I went for Mierce werewolves and reaper bones avatars for minotaurs. These last ones are great and cheap models. Also their howlbear is great as minotaur.
