And just like that, the 1st is upon us! I realised that I had not really expanded upon the army in my initial post, so I figured now is as good a time as any to begin. @Jal and @Fthunder cheers for the advice - great idea R.E the map packs. Someone altered the terrain on table 3 prior to game 1 and I did not notice... Next year will draw the layouts from the map packs for the top 10 tables! Callum

In all honesty, I would say that the bigger problem is the Rune of Revocation and the way it dispels the next buff on a unit. I hate that thing with a passion, especially since it can be spammed. I would agree that 50 points for RoG seems a bit cheap, but a binding scroll can shut down a phase for someone too - especially if they are only running a single caster. At least with grounding it cancels any DH buffs affecting the bearers unit as well. That said, I am pants at the game, so I would take…

Genuinely awed at the amazing response, thanks guys!!! The venue has a max 'comfortable' capacity of 80, so we can add another 20 places - but no more than that. Once those 20 are gone, anyone else will have go on the reserve list! Callum
