    I really liked the idea of a shooting/ranged only version, at a similar casting value to twisted effigy (6+), and a raised version with works against melee attacks (+8). So it really does become a Dread Elf version of Twisted effigy, an easy spell which completely stops shooting vs an easy spell which punishes shooting.

    The big way to change how Lemures play is to add Guiding Mirrored Scales. This means weak units can't touch their toughness, and hard hitting units suffer greatly from hitting themselves. I think the best combination for this is a Sentinel of Nukunja, on a Dark Pulpit, with Guiding Mirrored Scales. Not only does the Dark Pulpit bulk up the units ranks (and hence, make it easier to win combat without even causing a wound), but the Sentinels crush attack means the unit can't be tsroitted reliably …

  • Wasn't there a little bit of interest at some point for using multiple very cheap inquisitors in mmu imperial guard, to provide cheap stubborn. Maybe 2 inquisitors in each unit, each with literally just a great weapon and a pistol. Can act as chaff, help against certain unit types, and is the most disposable type of stubborn. Maybe this would have a place in a list with a pope wagon and a marshal Griffin.

  • How much support would there be for combat bases foot elves to gain advance 6? Rangers already have it, and it feels so good on them. I'd love to see blade dancers get advance 6 as well. Also bringing back up the proposal for swapping the concept of forest guard out of core and into special, to get an elite bodyguard spear unit.   • If running double master including the Sentinel, which is my favourite daemon magic phase, I 2 dice big hand of heavan, 2 dice trial of faith, 2 dice touch touch the reaper and 2 dice hasten the hour. All of this has a 24 inch range, and every spell is vasy on a 5 on dice or lower and only uses 8 dice, when we commonly have 9 or 10.   • Monosin will be using almost exclusively current DL units, with maybe 1 or 3 cool extra modelling opportunities thrown in Monosin could be considered almost an update to the DL book, because while each specific sin will have less options to play with compared to the full book, when playing with monosin you'll have more in-depth options to facilitate the play style of that specific sin.

  • The Sentinel is actually one of our cheapest options to get a wizard master, while also being our best wizard master. Either pair them with another wizard master to double down on the magic, or use them to cover everything alongside a Harbinger adept are both perfectly good ideas.   • Depends if you're ONLY looking at running Sloth units. For example a common practice was running A Sentinel and Omen, Masters of Evocation and Thaum. Then you have 3, 2 dicable, snipes which ignore resilience. Res 7+ things tend not to have many wounds, and can't afford to be loosing 2 a turn to the different snipe spells you've got on the table.
