Another thing to consider the war gaming industry is always involving, less than a year ago it was so rare to come across miniature 3D printing files, now they’re everywhere on FB, I’ve seen Facebook groups ( not linking ) that have already 1000s of members sharing files for a small fee or just free. As the 3D printers continue to go down in price and quality constantly getting better, it’ll be interesting to see what the industry looks like 5-10 years from now. hmmm off the top of my head, WHF night goblins mini WHF dwarf minis WHF wood elves mini - all the non treeman minis WHF high Elves mini Lumineth range do look awesome but the miniatures scaling is completely off to old existing WHF minis. The vast majority of all the new armies minis that have came out over the last few years have a scale creep. same goes with blood bowl scale creep there too.
