    I played an Asklander list with just a single Adept for a while. I must have been smoking some serious sh!t to actually think that was a good idea xD I'm surprised you didn't go Shamanism. Break the Spirit is just the ultimate middle finger spell; and if you have Totemic Summon and Wrath at once, you can have people sweating profusely.

    I like Berserkers with paired weapons. But generally I put a Great Weapon wielding character in there to act as a "can-opener".

    When in doubt, always ignore the summery at the end if there are differences. The summery is often more susceptible to typos. For the Oil Skins. They are an add on for both, and you will still do the damage.     I will add that nobody was claiming this was perfect right out the gate, and it's more of a "proof of concept". We will be fixing potential problems with this unit during the next update. If anything this unit was going to end up a bit weird as it is a totally unique design within 9th Age. But we do feel that the direction the Gunnery Team is going in is much better than it was before, and the unit has a much stronger identity.
