    I feel like people play a different game when it's suggested that a game should take under 3 hours, i know T9A reasonably well, i'm also in the loop of updates since sometimes i'm the one that updates the books, and on average i suppose i get like 2 games per month. All of this amount to usually something bewteen 4:00 and 6:00 hours depending on how quickly the game enfold, and i play a mmu elf army with some 9/18 flying models so i suppose the time to move stuff should be about average, the onl…

    But remember that if the wounds exceed the hp of the remaining models then the remaining hits go on the champion, even if he was fighting a challenge, right now i don't have the rulebook handy but i'm pretty sure it is like that in close combat, i think it is like that on ranged but i'm not sure.

  • We always suggest the trapping ability for the pathfinders, but what if the sylvan archers get it alongside say paired weapons ? Something like every turn choose a terrain and give it +1 Dts or make it Dt 1, or that as stand and shoot, maybe also for other allied units getting charged.     In my experience Sylvan Sentinels and Pathfinders are mostly fine but RPS, Sentinels not always get targets that matters and Pathfinders in getting destroyed by a single magic missile (also sentinels but they cost less). They mostly miss support, often they need to operate outside the bubble so they risk with panic (sometimes march but range 30" helps) and getting a character there cost as much as another min sized unit so it's not really worth it.     Over 17 lists we get 10 Crucibles of slaughter, 9 of them with a big unit with Caedren Pennon, 5 of them with Temple legates with buffs. I don't think this should be so common considering deathstars should be inefficients. I don't dislike the effect on the altar but maybe offense and/or defense should be toned down, maybe 5 attendant with the standard temple militant profile would make the package more balanced.
