  • With every new book that comes out, my disappointment at the constraints and red tape we had to work under with the WDG book grows. But this book is a thing of beauty in my books, and shows how much the systems we use have matured during the years. Some will call it overloaded, but I'll call it colorful and exciting.

  • The current separation of WS through Undying Will is ac actually decent method to showcase the difference between a soldier at the moment, and what the soldier could be, and it's something I'd like to see kept and even focused on further.

    How do the Dynasties keep the bodies of the royals and nobles from crumbling over time, in the past there had been mentions of a sort of Chronomancy used by the priesthood, but were these rumors nothing but tall tales? How does the undead nobility of Naptesh keep itself entertained in times of wakefulness? Existence in a dead land must be boring for beings who still retain their humanity, if not mortality.

    Gahd damn this is starting horribly for me, I've gotten my teeth kicked in 1-19 in both of my first matches. It feels like my lack of maneuverability is really killing me, I get chaffed and combo-charged by things and there's nothing I can say about it.

  • The problem with forming a picture from half-remembered discussions. Oh, and I can't forget - More spotlight on the Chronomantic aspect of the dynasties, if it exists anymore in the background anymore.

  • What I'd like to see... Return of the Soul Colossus, less all-in ranged options, separation of Chariots into combat and ranged focus, Necropolis Guard split into a more elite Bodyguard type unit, and a less elite battleline unit. Also total revamp of Sphinxes but I've given up on this vision.

Like the loyalists of Naptesh originated and spread the art of soulbinding the world over, the rebels of Setesh could have done the same with Necromancy.
