  • I can't understand players who want gw's VC style in the LAB. And for the moment, when I play my VC, I play a gw armie. If the staff think that adding 1 or 2 units to the book and change some points are good to do a good LAB, so my VC will not see a game for a while. I'm just bored with all that boring GW mechanics. We really need new mechanics, for raise, for March, for crumble. Etc

  • I think that we need is to push the horde of undead effect. We are not an msu army So rules that encourage large block may be a good idea (less raise maybe) Take bat Swarm for example and give them that : - can make a number of support attack egal to their attack value - for each 3 models in the unit, enemy units in contact suffer - 1off/- 1def. Quite easy to learn, fluffy, and give a real role to Swarms. And it's not an hard thing to do with all units in the book.

    Infernal engine with flamethrower on a flank is not a think that you can ignore. If you put an adept witchcraft with it, that's harder for your opponent too.

    Can't see how you can defend Anointed and say that they are balanced. To my point of view, enforcers are correctly priced, and Anointed are undercosted. Just take a look on other AB. 3 Feldraks with PW ? Just 366pts. So 86pts more than 3 Anointed. For 3 more Hp and some better move ? I think that all special are a bit overcosted and Anointed are undercosted

    Each month, we have a team tournament on UB in the French community, so we have a lot of data, for each army. And well, we have the biggest tournament of the year IRL in November. I just hope that we don't get a new version just before it.

    I can't see at all where this topic go. Do we really need all the changes that players (ID or not apparently) want ? First of all, some changes about points are needed to balance all the units. And well, be serious, there are too much idea ont his topic (most are bad idea), and the 3-4 guys who are in charge of the book will not pick idea from here because they have another opinion.     I play 12 tauruks gw bb FC flaming banner. They are pretty good. Crush a courtisan and a blazing glory (with only 2 hp left) in 2 round with rr to wound. They are at the right cost. Not the anointed. So players prefers the anointed.

    Your idea is just as anecdotic than Ash storm. Let's see our magic buffs : Pyro 1 buff Occultism 2 buff (if you have a champion nor character in the unit) Alchemy 2 buffs So to use this rule we must go alchemy if we want it to be the most effective. We don't want Immortals to be more than DH elite units (because we'll that's a law that we can't have better units apparently). We want immortals to have a real identity and a real role.
