Love this army! So i played against an ogre list with 2 arock narocks, 3 units of 4 oger cavalry, 2 units of 17 sabretusks, a hunter on a ogersteed (forgot its name) and a bsb hunter on a ogre steed. And it was very bloody haha Lost something like 15 to 5 (we didnt count the points exactly) We played the diagonal deployment which isnt the best one for me and break trough. At the end i had two units of flayers and my opponent one and a half ogre cav and one arock narock Lessons learned - make roo…

To get the most out of a Gyula you need to place him in a unit...the hitting power of the unit increases significantly...but still woundn't want to make a frontal charge, and for a flank charge you don't really need the extra hitting power. So yeah not sure if its going to work, but that's the reasoning The Enaree's are there to support the action of the units

  • Looks cool!!! Groeten van Erik

  • @Litoperez Yeah it is not the easiest playstyle, but I think it is the most fun Let me try to answer your questions...but bear in mind I'm no pro Strength of this kind of playstyle - more units than opponent - longer battleline - easier to outflank opponent - steadfast rule for support - movement order Weakness - opponent know the support rules haha - enemy units that have more ranks than your parent units - enemy units that are subborn or unbreakable - auto hitting units, impact, breath, stomps…

  • @ Scorbol I don't know how to make a diagram, but if you deployment zone is 12 inches from the board, deploy heavy infantery and imperials 6 inches from the board. That way you can wait for the enemy to drop your intended target for handgunners and mortar and form a gunline in front of that unit. I usually have more drops than enemy. You now have at least 4 inches of space behind the handgunners and imperials. Which means that when enemy charges against handgunners and overruns you will have roo…
