So listened to the podcast :). Feels like a small win in total. Some changes I hate from a feelings perspective (removal of rules I liked either flavourwise or just how they helped my style of list). I think that for me personally its a small weakening of my current list but it does open some new units to tinker with. Slaves for example or bolthrower. There should be some solid upgrades in here. I believe people just want to play with flintlockes (and blunderbussss for us real old times) because when I think of an infernal dwarf I see the classical image of curly beard and some weird evil looking gun. And not a pistol and spear @SlaveToThePyre. Now I dont feel like nostalgia should be a deciding factor, but I do feel that some of the rumblings about price (and the 60cap) is tied to wanting to move big numbers of gunny dwarf units.

If we are wishlisting designs... Make the gun a breathweapon for each turn. 4 models or less, d3 hits. 5 to 10, d6 11 to 20, 2D6. Make minimum size unit 20. Strenght and AP I dont care about that much, just think it would suit the unit. Would still be hated by all low R low armour units but hey its fun to set things blazing.
