I haven't said much as the nerf bat has clobbered the KoE book time and again over the last three updates, but this one (on top of the previous ones) is just ridiculous. They perform different functions. I don't think they are comparable. It's like trying to compare old book Grails and Quests. IMHO Resplendents should be Agility 5, to further differentiate the differences.
