  • I believe that T9A is trying to reach a compromise between getting too close to WH and getting too far. It is just that the cursor does not land where everyone would wish. Let's take an example. - WH's Dark Elves are sadistic to the point of sacrifying their own. They live in the land of Chill. They tame monsters. - We could have dropped the IP names and main scheme, but kept the sadistic part. - T9A's Dread Elves drop the sadistic part but keep the slavery and the contempt and cruel treatment f…

These have no link with old RoR. The Corpse Cart seems to be a recast. A couple of Pink Horrors and the Dwarf hero might be too. The rest looks to me like all new cast of new regiments.

@Giladis Immovable things usually belong to the defender, not the attacker. DE are usually considered more an attacker than a defender. The request for a better explanation is legitimate. @Ivar K Compliment for your attempts to find an acceptable explanation, that's the way to go. Quote from Ivar K: “It is quite easy to build something that is very impractical to move during a battle, even if it would be possible. Also I can easily imagine that some object has been sanctified before the battle a…

Quote from Squirrelloid: “What kind of change to Blades of Darag would make sense? (e.g. you could focus on the unbuffed/buffed relation, should it be less/equal/more pronounced than it currently is?) If Blades of Darag are supposed to have an interaction with magic, then it should be based on whether the enemy has a spell effect on them, not whether the unit carrying them does. ” Certainly one of the most interesting suggestions! -=- Besides, I read a very large preference for MSU, which I pers…

Quote from Squirrelloid: “Quote from DarkSky: “Quote from Squirrelloid: “DE literally invented MSU as a playstyle. If they're not the MSU elves, something is very very wrong. ” I would say it is the other way around. If the only argument you can make for something is "always has been this way", you don't really have case.If SE are the guerilla elves, it makes sense that they are more inclined towards MSU than DE. That does not mean DE should not be able to field a strong MSU themselves (guidelin…

But the proposed solutions are never read most often discarded (EDITED), because usually changing one small thing here has plenty of consequences elsewhere or has to abide by some constraints rarely perceived, or fails to take the opponents perspective. ” ok, but that seems to differ from team to team. About what I quoted, I remember being told in 1 of the DE Threads we should not give detailed proposals about what and how we want something to change as that would not be helpful, we should only point to the problem and leave all the details to the team and let them do the work. ” Indeed. Quote from rolan: “1) Is there a chance the team will change these points or 2) is it already decided for good that DE stay... So how do we post to make sure the critism has an impact? ” From my observation point, I can tell you that 1 is true, 2 is not. This said, a chance is anything between 1% and 99%, sometimes a chance fails to concretise. Also, a change can be big or small, that's still a change. Your criticism does have a chance to have an impact. Will the chance concretise in an actual i…
