Its a bit sad to see the random moving gits disappearing. I see why they have gone to one use. (they were all basically one use anyways) But loss of army flavor will always come out a bit bland... Like many I am curious on what wrecking teams are gunna end up like. if they keep their current stats and have this rule, they would need a ridiculous point reduction. I'm talking 50% at least. I am already thinking of ways an opponent can just abuse this and just get free points and not risk anything …

Any chance for a hotfix for legions of Lust? They relied on their Dominion... This new dominion brings absolutely nothing to the army. Dont get me started on how bad the Court. nerf is... should have been reduced by 150-200points not 20... Are they getting something to compensate for being severely over nerfed? (I talking legions of lust specifically).

When Legions was released I was acually excited to finally put my old demons together. I have played close to 20 games with them now and even though I thought my Lust demons were under powered ( only winning maybe 3 games) I liked the way they played and made me think. now however.. I know Legions is not getting an update for a bit but this update so far is quite disappointing... the Courtesan is the star of my list (mainly for the fantastic models i have). i always thought she was good on paper…

The current " complexity budget" system is totally flawed to begin with. I get the need of having some limits but the current system does not allow enough room for armies to have unique flavorful rules and units. I don't get the mentality of "we need to cut one things so we can add another". Maybe an new idea? (if not I'm sorry) What if BTF was more of a token based system? Something like KoE but its own thing. This might be more complex, but I do not think that's an issue in 9th. (9th is sooo much less in complexity than other similar game systems). An example All units start with one token ( as they are all revved up and ready for battle) some units could even start with more ( eadbashers, items, characters, etc...) this could also just have a BTF token stat in their profile. this…

I was not expecting a suggestion I made (most likley not original) too acually be used!. The goblin king boost is a great way to fix them the points drops, I thought were a bit odd, but seeing that most books got the same treatment it makes more sense. I think this update will make a lot of players happy. i am definitely more exited to get a few games in. both with my orc list and my goblins.

A long time ago I proposed a up a "Mob Em!! idea. Basically the idea was that most Orcs don't fight in a formation. Its more of a unruly mob. so when they fight in combat they are all trying to "get in der". Rules wise they would lose rank bonuses to combat res but gained the rule "Get in there!" i think we need to expand the arbitrary complexity limit so that we dont need to sacrifice anything. KoA did. now their book is almost double the complexity of the O&G book. the talk of "we need to cut down on the fun a fluffy rules so we can have other more competitve rules" shouldent even need to exist. why cant there be both? I would much rather have a 50 page amy book than a over bleached 30 page book.

If i would start anywhere its doubling or even tripling the so called "complexity budget". Give the army some room to develop flavoursome units and rules without a word limit or fear of it being to compex. then slim down only if necessary. from there we can begin to work on some guidelines and really get to work. i don't think there should be any scrapping of current unique units. that will only drive veteren hobbiests away. the LAB should be used as an opportunity to expand on what we have, and…

Goblins only Fluff wise, this is how I see Discipline in O&Gs Goblins -Regular goblins are a bit unruly and skittish however they can be surprisingly clever and nasty. their leaders are normally the biggest nastiest but more importantly, the cleverest. Orcs -Orcs are unruly, brutal and fearless in numbers. Their leaders are the loudest, biggest, strongest the most brutal.
