I guess it depends on army build, but do people like to use occultism master prophet on bull ? Haven't really used occultism much tending to favour alchemy.

What are people's thoughts on the artillery?. Rocket battery is more expensive that naphta thrower and a slingshot with some extra points left over. I know they do slightly different roles but the slingshot does target monsters et al like rockets to some extent ?

Does anyone have any experience in using a big block of immortals (30) with GW. Seems rather expensive at 680 points. But you could include a overlord or similar character for bodyguard. then add in a big block of IW with banner of discipline and BSB then you have 2 big anvils?

This is really great feedback. Thanks @Tsagadai I have never really managed to get an overlord in the list at low points games with the need for magic and BSB, so that options sounds like an interesting one.

And do you think 2 units of taurukh is better than 1 big block? I guess they still do a lot of output but can have more flexibility of getting them in the right place

HI All, anyone got any pointers on creating lower point ID lists. just starting out and have only really played 3/3500 points games. i find i can really only afford a BSB and prophet - cant get many/other characters in the lists. if you want a more flighty character you need to decide between that vs magic vs BSB. i guess you need to keep core to the minimum points required. As the army is quite elite if you go for bigger blocks they soon use up all your points. generally blocks of taurukh anoin…
