The ExB is the body responsible for managing and steering the 9th Age project. It has the final decision on any management decisions and liases with all Team Leads.

MGN(t) - HR Team 5

HR provides support to 9th Age staff members, manages recruitment and placement of new staff, and addresses any issues staff members have with each other or personal problems.

MGN(t) - Advisory Board 16

The AvB is drawn from senior staff, and consults for the ExB on project decisions, as well as performing important support duties.

MGN(m) - Administrators 11

Admins are responsible for the technical infrastructure of the 9th Age website. They keep everything running, and ensure that our players are able to access the rules and forums needed to participate in the community.

PRO - Rules-Team Advisors 1

The Rules-Team Advisors supports the Rules Team with advice.

MGN(s) - HR Team Support 2

Our HR Supports provide invaluable help to our HR Team, supporting with recruitment and placement of new staff, and addressing issues staff members have with each other or personal problems.

Mods are responsible for moderating and managing our public forums, they maintain order and ensure our community is able to interact in a respectful and positive way.

PRO - Rules Clarity 8

The RCT takes on the role of clarifying and simplifying our rules, to ensure they are consistent and easy to interpret correctly by our community.

PRO - GDT - Pricing Team 5

The pricing team is responsible with designing point costs and restrictions to best ensure internal and external balance.

The GDT provides game designers for the development of our books, working to implement the world of the 9th Age in our published works, creating rules and unit designs.

The BGT works to create and bring the setting of the 9th Age to life in fiction, supplementing our published books, as well as standalone publications.

Our PR Team works to promote the 9th Age to potential players, as well as keeping the community informed about news and developments within the project. They are responsible for maintaining our presence on social media, and making announcements through the website.

PRO/THH - Army Community Support 50

The ACS is our connection to the communities for each of our 16 factions. They gather feedback, answer questions, and serve as a link between our design and background teams and our players. Each faction has dedicated members, working hard to represent their communities.

PRO - Art Team 30

The Art Team creates artwork for our books, and is responsible for developing the visual appearance and themes of the 9th Age setting.

The LT is responsible for ensuring the project stays on the right side of the law, and advising us on any legal matters.

PRO - Lectoring Team 5

The Lectors ensure the quality of our published works by proofreading and correcting any grammar and spelling issues.

PRJ - Essence of War 7

The Essence of War Team supports the Quick Play ruleset, aimed at providing a game that can be played in a couple of hours, both by players new to the universe of The Ninth Age and by veterans who would like a quick game in our universe.

THH - Tournament Analysis 12

The TA Team retrieves and analyses data from 9th Age tournaments, providing essential feedback for point changes and design amendments for books in the beta phase of design.

PRO - Playtesting Team 29

The PT supports the 9th Age by playtesting new designs and providing valuable feedback to the design teams.

Supports the 9th Age project by translating the publications into other languages.
