About Me
About Me

How old are you?
30 years old for now.

Where are you from and where do you live right now?
I've lived all my life in Madrid, Spain

What do you do for a living?
I'm currently working as IT consultant in a company in Madrid, though I've done my fair share of odd jobs, from sailor to salesman and project manager.

Since when are you in the hobby?
I started roughly in the early stages of 5th edition, and learned the ropes and the setting back then. I got tired of herohammer by the end of 5th, and left the hobby alone just when 6th edition came by for a good number of years, until the last year of 7th edition, when some friends re-took the hobby again.

How did you get into the hobby and what have you done since then?
I'm not sure, actually. I think a friend of mine bought a White Dwarf back when it was still being sold in newsstands, and we soon found that there was a Games Workshop quite close by. We grew attached to the game thanks to the afternoon games they used to run there, and ended getting into it and buying my own army.
I came back thanks to finding a friend who also played it - it gave me a chance to dust off my old models, and got back straight into it after a couple battles - but with a much more competitive feeling to it.
Since then I've played quite a bit, and I've got into several other games as well. I took some WH40K, Dropzone commander and a bit of Flames of War. I've recently tried Hail Caesar, and I'm very much getting into historicals little by little, though right now 9th age is my main focus.

Which armies do you play/possess?
Highborn elves were my first love, and are still, though due to different reasons. I also have a small Daemon Legions army that I tried to start after I finally found models I like (I hate GW daemon models), but I always find a reason to try my HBE again, so I haven't used them much.

Why do you support the 9th Age project?
Large scale, big project, made by people, in which I can make a difference, no matter how small it is! I've always loved making my own systems, but I've always felt that I need more than one guy to ensure a system works - when you yourself do everything, it's easy to lose the big picture, which is much more critical as a whole, and forget yourself into the "cool details".

What is your personal role in the 9th Age project team?
had a couple: I started as HBE AS when that was a thing, moved for a
very short while to Moderating, back again I'm back as HBE Community
Support - and I'm now part of the Advisory Board, trying to help to bridge the communications between teams and with the community.
