About Me
About Me
Name:
Rob Rodgers

How old are you?
I was born in 1957!

Where are you from and where do you live right now?
Born, in Los Angeles, California. Now living near Seattle, Washington.

What do you do for living?
I'm retired. Until recently I was the Director of Learning Spaces Management at UCLA. I designed and built classrooms and study spaces.

Since when are you in the Hobby?
I started playing tabletop wargames with Warhammer in 2006. I first played a cardboard counter wargame (Anzio) in middle school in 1969. First computer game was on a teletype (look that up) connected to a mainframe in 1967. Star Trek and Adventure. Painting and modeling, probably made my first plastic model at age 7. Yeah, I've been at this for awhile.

How did you get into the Hobby and what have you done since then?
I was looking at my Brother-in-Laws 40K collection and thought that was pretty cool. I went to local GW store and saw Battle for Skull Pass there, and was hooked.

Which armies do you play?
I play Ogre Khans and Vampire Covenant

Why do you support the 9th Age project?
I'm amazed at what this project provides for gamers and want to help in any way I can.
