- If the General dies then the BSB counts as General for the purpose of activating Eagle Standards
- Mishap base Strength goes up to 3 and Trial and Terror Mishap AP goes down to 3
- Complete redesign of the Hereditary Spell
- Swarm Master enchantment number of attacks is now capped at 10
- Rodentium Bullets now increases the Range to 18″, gives +1 AP and gives Accurate instead of Divine Attacks
- Secrets of the Doom Blade now inflicts a Lightning Attack per Game Turn while the wearer is not in combat but doesn’t inflict damage any
more for rolling 1 to hit - Bell of the Deep Roads now lets the bearer’s unit start the game in the Tunnel Reserve
- Sacred Aquila self-inflicted hits are now set at Str 3 AP 0 instead of having the same stats as the unit
- Plague-Hermit’s Blessing now also gives +1 HP
- Battered Laurel Wreaths item is removed
- Cowl of the Apostate is a new Artefact that makes the model count as both Calesyan and Errhaman for the purpose of Holy Triumvirate
- Tome of the Ratking change: it let you sacrifice Veil Tokens to Raise Wounds on units of Rat Swarms
- Crown of Hubris change: let you inflict D6 wounds to your own unit to get half of the inflicted wounds as Veil Tokens
- Ruinous Dictator:
– Pontifex Maximus let you choose from all the spells on the Path instead of giving +1 to the first cast
– Avatar of Udius gives 4+ Fortitude only against non-Magical Melee Attacks and keeps the 5+ Aegis - Vermin Senator, Pistol is now Aim 4+, loses Vox Populi but gain the Senatorial Litter mount that has Vox Populi
- Fetthis Fleshmaster gain access to the Praetorian Brute mount
- Praetorian Palanquin mount is deleted
- Praetorian Brute mount is now 40×40
- Shadowfur Stalkers gain AP 2 and lose Poison Attacks
- Fetthis Brutes lose Scoring, gain Paired Weapons, +1 attack, -1 Strength and gain the option for a Champion
- Legionary Drill Team gain +1 on their D3 Grinding Attacks
- Doomspark Device gain March and Shoot
- Arena Beast’s Attacks are now 2D3+1, and 4D3 with Underworld Beast
