Balance patch 2023 - Batch 3 + VS hotfix

Dear 9thagers,
it's time to release the batch 3 of the balance patch!
Today we added the files for EoS, OK, OnG, SE, UD, VC, WDG.
Also a new hotfix for VS is ready to be downloaded (as well as the above mentioned files, all in the download sections).
French, Polish, Russian, Spanish translations already available, Italian and German almost coming.
Please also note we're adding the French and German translations of Circling the Abyss, thus kudos to our wonderful translation teams!
