  • Quote from scar88: “Got a clash your welcome Felix ” Yay!

  • Quote from Alzam: “Only thing we agree on right now is that you can't select a spell multiple times : Quote from quote: “< 8.G.c Wizard Master • Knows 4 spells • Can select from the Learned Spells 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of its chosen Path and the Hereditary Spell of its army> > I don't think the rules allow a wizard to pick the same spell twice. For example, replace "spells" with "languages" in the spell selection rules: • Knows 4 languages • Can select from English, French, Spanish, German, Itali…

  • Something to do with everyone having to buy me a pint I think you said?.....

  • Already told Tom before lists came out, but he said just tell my opponents on the day. Master is on Cosmo. Adept is on Pyro. Big light infantry are Handguns. Small light infantry are Crossbows. I do wish I had Div against Marcus though.....

  • Quote from Eisenheinrich: “Quote from Nesro: “But could not even every other mage take the H Spell during Spell selection as well as via Magical Heirloom? ” I'll have to quote myself on this one :Quote from Eisenheinrich: “RCT is discussing the topic - there are different opinions on this within the team . ” ” interested to hear the ruling on this. Have always played it that different wizards can take different spells as the hereditary. Never considered that you could take the hereditary multipl…

  • I really like one with death cheater, locket and divination. Then again I am strange in the way I play Empire.

  • Quote from LostCause: “The Camps are considered Large. It’s included within their profile. ” Don't be mean to Tim he's on the Scotland team and therefore cannot read.

  • Quote from Tec43: “There's 4 marshalls on great griffons taken to the etc but the first one taken was by croatia. Because fthunder looked at bulgaria and above only he didn't see the ones that had been taken by countries further down the document, hence why constant tried to correct him. ” That was a typo. Was meant to be Wizard on GG.

  • Witchfire Guard (1) Shield of Volund (1) Exemplars Flame (1) Karadons Courser (1) Mantle of Ullor (0) Marshal Pegasus (0) Wizard Pegasus (0) Great Griffon (0) Artificer Horse (0) Artificer all options expcept Long Rifle (0) Inquisitor on foot (0) Inquisitor silver bullets (0) Knights with GW (0) Knights without Shield (0) Reiters Repeater Gun (1) 15 Flagellants (1) 15+ Flagellants (0)

  • It is not. From the tournament thread we have this. Zero lists (0%) have taken - an Inquisitor - a Pegasus - a Great Griffon - KOTSG with Halberds - a non mounted Arcane Engine - Imperial Rangers - Imperial Rocketeers - Flagellants But that is only from the Bulgaria list upwards.

  • Quote from Adam: “Quote from DanT: “What is your beef here? I am struggling to understand precisely. ” The post I linked provides a quite detailed explanation but I'll give it a shot - as for cavalry honors there is only one that allows horse mount. And many honors do not allow any mounts. That is wrong on multiple levels. First of all, since T9A seems to struggle for realism, I doubt elven nobility would routinely get their boots dirty. Second HBE are supposed to be an army that is able to fiel…

  • Dangerously close to Thanksgiving for time off work. I will see what I can do!

  • Great event as always Tom!

  • Quote from Cortrillion: “Quote from Fthunder: “You mean someone like me? And @LostCause ” exactly! I can't count the number of times where you where like "Flaggies have no place currently, in big units GI are just better and can have heroes in the group." And i was "Flaggies are just fine! The total got upgraded in the last patch!" Boy was i wrong. And every time you where talking about the buff waggons being too expensive, having too short a range and being to vulnerable to build strategy aroun…

  • You mean someone like me? And @LostCause

  • Then my personal take on the entries not taken. - an Inquisitor Too expensive. We are always stretched for points in the character slot and this guy is great, but is way too expensive. - a Pegasus Too expensive by far (see above) and also too susceptible to a cannon shot in the face at ETC. - a Great Griffon Too susceptible to a cannon shot in the face at ETC. Everyone knows I like these models a lot, so I personally don't think it is a pricing issue. - KOTSG with Halberds Just not cheap enough …

  • Good morning Imperial Princes. Some interesting ETC stats for you this morning. I have pulled together the Empire lists that scored 80+ points from teams in the top 25 places at the ETC this year. 3. • To resurrect this thread I thought I would mention that I did not take the Hereditary spell once in any of my 6 ETC games this year (or in either practice round the day beforehand). No Shamanism spell was worth dropping for it at any point. I believe @ukrocky had a similar experience. Would love to hear what people think of it now we have had it for a few months.
